About the instructor:

Cynthia Gilmer is a Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) Certified New Product Development Professional (NPDP) and Opus Plus is a PDMA Registered Education Provider. She has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of software product development at all levels from practitioner through executive. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of New Product Development in the MBA program of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
